By submitting this form the above company and/or it's owner ("purchaser")  agrees that all purchases made by the purchaser from Bruce Watkins Supply ("seller) are subject to the following terms and conditions: In making this application for commercial credit, purchaser understands and agrees to Seller's terms of payment: NET 30 days on approved accounts, service charge of 1-1/2% per month on all invoices not paid within 30 days. After 30 days any quantity discounts extended at time of purchase may be revoked. If credit is granted and collection thereof requires the assistance of attorneys, purchaser agrees that seller reserves the right to bring legal action in whatever jurisdiction seller deems necessary. In the event seller finds it necessary to turn over purchaser's account to a collection agency or an attorney, purchaser agrees to pay all costs and expenses of collection, including but not limited to attorney fees and expenses. Purchaser authorizes seller to make whatever credit inquiries it deems necessary in connection with this application. If purchaser is a corporation or partnership they agree that whomever submits this application for credit is authorized to do so, unless seller is otherwise notified in writing.
